CUSTOMER DATA PRIVACY
Xapien only collects publicly available information and uses third-party providers for data such as corporate records, PEPs and sanctions screening. The identity of our customers is not disclosed during the search processes performed by Xapien. This ensures the privacy and security of our customer's information. Most importantly, customer data is never used to train our AI models.
SECURITY AND HOSTING OF DATA
The entirety of Xapien’s data processing platform is hosted in AWS (Amazon’s cloud data centre provision). Within the AWS infrastructure, all databases and caches of information are protected within a secure Virtual Private Cloud that is dedicated to Xapien’s exclusive use. This effectively creates a wall around all databases and stored information.
