We’re thrilled to strengthen our Go-to-Market (GTM) team with Zachary Rothstein as our new Head of Growth and Partnerships.

An industry veteran, Zachary brings 15 years of experience in risk and compliance, including roles as a Partner at EY and Control Risks.

Zachary will be leading our channel sales and strategy, exploring new partnership opportunities, and overseeing our partner and alliance ecosystem. His industry expertise will also help shape our overall GTM and product strategy.

Early in his career, Zachary led Control Risks’ Online Solutions team in Europe and Africa and served as the analyst for Central and Eastern Europe. He also served as VP of Product and Customer Success at Polecat, a technology company focused on real-time risk intelligence, where he led the company’s product development, go-to-market, and client management strategy.

Zach later established Control Risks’ global third-party due diligence business (VANTAGE), leading the practice through successive waves of growth and earning the Compliance Consultant/Advisor of the Year Award (2021) at the Excellence in Compliance Awards by Compliance Week.

Zachary then became a Partner in EY’s Forensics and Investigations Practice, where he focused on technology-enabled due diligence services and advised clients on third-party risk management.

Zachary has a joint MA with distinction in Economy, State and Society with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at University College London, and the Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in Krakow, Poland. Zachary also holds a BA with honours in International Relations, with a concentration in Russian Studies, from Harvard University. He speaks Russian, Polish and French.
