Previously COO at BAE Systems Financial Crime division, Dan brings expertise from the anti-fraud and anti-money laundering sectors. He has 20 years experience in the technology industry, following his computer science degree from Cambridge.

Previously CCO at CallCredit prior to its £1bn acquisition by TransUnion; and led BAE Systems Financial Crime and Intelligence divisions. Chris has over 20 years commercial leadership experience, running teams of over 600 staff in 16 offices worldwide.

Jess Denny
Head of Comms & Marketing
Jess is an experienced communications and strategy professional with a particular interest in corporate intelligence. She has 7 years experience working on political and corporate campaigns, from research and analysis to strategy development, coordination, implementation, and engagement.
Joseph Whiting
Head of Development
Joseph studied Maths at Cambridge, focusing on probability, statistics, and graph theory. Before that, he worked on building open-source investigation software for expert analysts. In 2019, Joseph joined Xapien. And when he's not working, he enjoys singing and learning about history.

Hella is an AI engineering leader and RisingStar award holder. She has over 7 years experience in leading AI projects across timezones and industries like media, risk, finance and legal.
Nick Morgan
Director, Head of Legal Professionals Sales
Nick joined Xapien from Thomson Reuters, where he held a key role overseeing the sales of legal software globally. He successfully managed revenue and relationship engagements with these clients. Initially Nick started his career in the legal field at Allen & Overy and later at Hausfeld.
John Cannon
Managing Director, Global Partnerships & Alliances
John’s career spans over 25 years with a proven track record for setting up, scaling and galvanising high value market leading companies within the financial crime and fraud prevention industry. Known for building and leading high performing global teams, John has previously held senior roles at Equifax, Callcredit, Transunion and Iovation.
Tom Dredge
Sales Lead, Not For Profit
Tom is an experienced sales and strategy lead who was part of the original automation team at Google to help clients understand how to work hand in hand with automated processes. Tom has since worked with several emerging technologies, launched, and scaled go-to-market teams across EMEA.
Jade Croucher
Head of Customer Success
Jade is an experienced commercial leader and has spent the last 12 years developing and supporting the clients of fast-growing businesses. Most recently she ran the Commercial and Customer Success function at OpenCorporates, a market leader in providing global corporate records and key data provider to Xapien.
