Introducing our new Chief Revenue Officer, Sanjay Samuel

11

We’re thrilled to welcome Sanjay Samuel, a true industry veteran, as our new Chief Revenue Officer at Xapien. With over 30 years in the technology sector, particularly in financial crime, Sanjay brings a wealth of experience to our team. He’ll be in charge of driving the global sales of Xapien’s products and services.

Sanjay has been a strategic advisor for companies like Feedzai, Zetaris, PIES.io, Symphony.ai, NICE, and even Xapien for the past four years. He’s helped these companies with their strategic plans and capital raises and played a key role in Symphony AI’s acquisition of BAE Systems’ Financial Crime division. Before that, he was the Global Managing Director at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.

Sanjay’s career also includes 17 years at Teradata, where he held several executive roles across the APAC region. In 2007, he was one of only 22 associates invited to Teradata’s bell-ringing ceremony at the NYSE, marking a significant milestone for the company. From his early days with Teradata in Melbourne, he witnessed its growth into a global powerhouse with $3 billion in annual revenue and 15,000 employees.

When asked what he’s most looking forward to at Xapien, he said: “Being a part of a team of young, intelligent, exciting, passionate individuals that grows to dominate the governance, risk, and compliance market globally.”
